Replacement will processed if only :-
it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, the product is not different from what was Purchased by you, the product is Replaceable within 7 days of purchased, in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, carry bag, all the accessories therein).
